Singapore (December 10, 2025) – aAdvantage Consulting recently concluded its participation in the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Foundation’s Youth Connections programme, a two-month mentorship initiative connecting young individuals with business leaders.

The programme included a series of engagements, from lunch discussions to a company visit at aAdvantage, culminating in a closing celebration. During the final gathering, mentees reflected on the new possibilities and insights the programme had opened for them, while mentors highlighted the energy, ideas, and entrepreneurial spirit they gained from the youths.

Over the course of the initiative, what stood out most was not just the activities themselves, but how a flexible two-month journey created room for genuine relationships, quiet growth in confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose on both sides. aAdvantage thanks SBF Foundation for organising the programme and all mentees and mentors for their time and dedication.
