Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)
The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) helps Singapore companies grow and transform. This grant supports projects that help you upgrade your business, innovate or venture overseas.
Who can apply?
To qualify for the EDG, you need to:

Be registered and operating in Singapore

Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding

Be in a financially viable position to start and complete the project
Applications will be assessed by Enterprise Singapore based on project scope, project outcomes and competency of service provider.

The SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+) (WDG(JR+)) supports Singapore enterprises in transforming their workforce through three key areas:

Workforce Consultancy: Assess business needs, redesign jobs, and develop transformation plans

Capability Building: Build HR and management capabilities to drive and sustain job redesign and organisational development
-
Workforce Technology Solutions: Implement technology tools that enable data-driven workforce planning, skills development, and informed decision-making for organisational growth and employee development
Who can apply?
Enterprises must:
-
Be registered or incorporated and operating in Singapore
-
Employ at least three local employees (Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents)
-
Not have made any payment for job redesign-related consultancy services at the point of application
-
Not have signed a contract or purchase order for job redesign or workforce-related consultancy services with a pre-approved consultant or third party at the point of application

Our technology solutions partner, JobKred, provides workforce technology and skills solutions that support JR+ projects – from identifying skills gaps and developing skills frameworks to informing job roles, career pathways and workforce planning.
Support level:
Up to 70% for SMEs and 50% for non-SMEs, capped at $150,000 per enterprise.
