She is well-versed in broad-based human resource and change management. With more than 26 years of consulting experience in Organisation & Customer Experience Transformation and Culture Development, Vincent specialises in facilitating and coaching senior management teams and staff on areas including strategic development, culture development, customer experience, and change management. His past works span across industries such as government services, healthcare, publishing and media, education, logistics in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and United States.

 

As the Lead Consult and Director for 3 successful National Values Assessment surveys in Singapore (2012, 2015 and 2018), Vincent has also been providing impactful insights for national and workplace dialogues for social policies.
