1-Day Team Psychological Safety Workshop
Powered by Team Psychological Safety (TPS) Assessment

Building High-Performing Teams Through Candour, Trust, and Learning

Many organisations invest in team building, leadership development, and performance improvement.

Yet despite these efforts, teams often continue to struggle with:

Reluctance to challenge prevailing views

Uneven participation in discussions and decision-making

When these behaviours persist, innovation slows, learning is reduced, and valuable insights remain unspoken. The root cause is often not a lack of capability, but a lack of psychological safety.

This workshop helps teams understand and strengthen the conditions that allow people to contribute openly, take interpersonal risks, learn from mistakes, and work together more effectively.

Desmond Tan

COO

Gear Inc

Gear Inc engaged aAdvantage in Feb 2024 to run our strategic planning meeting, which was meant to develop and align our global plans for growth. Vincent, the lead consultant conducted pre-session one to one interviews, and facilitated the planning session with our senior management team on the actual day.

The meeting was facilitated with a good mix of opportunities for the individuals and the teams to reflect on the past, consider the present & imagine the future; Vincent was patient & asked a lot of probing questions to stimulate thinking in the team, whilst leading us into building the  future plan. Vincent & Quan Rui conducted themselves with utmost professionalism and guided our senior management team towards the outcome we were expecting.

Despite some initial hesitation on attending the session from our team, Vincent managed to engage our senior management team in building a credible organizational plan which will carry us into a bright future!
