SWES 2020: Engaging Employees Through Disruption

aAdvantage Consulting has been conducting its Singapore Workforce Engagement Study since 2011. In 2019, feedback from over 2,000 employees across industries and profiles were gathered to understand what drives employee engagement. Our purpose is to provide and to share our results with the industry and employers. In particular, we are always keen to uncover any differences between employees working in SMEs and non-SMEs.

We hope our findings will present insights on what employers need to work on amidst this unprecedented time of change, and act as a strong call to transform our businesses to meet the global and local challenges ahead.
