SWES 2021: Impact of COVID-19 and Digital Transformation on Employee Engagement

Uncover whether employees in SMEs versus non-SMEs respond to COVID-19 and digital transformation differently and how they impact the employee experience.

2020 has been a year of disruption globally caused primarily by the pandemic. Many organisations have had to pivot their business to keep business afloat. We are excited to share our findings for SWES 2021 to observe the extent of how these disruptions impact employee engagement and retention.

As with our previous studies, we seek to understand whether the employee experience differs for employees who work in the local SMEs as compared to those in non-SMEs (i.e. those who work in large enterprises including multi-national organisations or the public sector).

We hope you find the results insightful and contribute to the development of your organisation’s human capital strategies.
