Singapore National Values Assessment (NVA) 2012

Find out how 2,000 Singaporeans and residents define and envision the Singaporean society and their workplaces.

The Singapore National Values Assessment (NVA) 2012 surveys 2,000 Singaporean residents across various age, gender and housing type backgrounds. It aimed to understand their perceptions of the current Singaporean society and their aspirations for an ideal Singaporean society.

Designed based on Richard Barrett’s Seven Levels of Consciousness framework, this report generates meaningful insights into the fundamental attributes and behaviours that hold significance for Singaporeans in both the broader society and their workplaces. By integrating these insights into your organisational strategy, you can enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and foster a more compassionate and inclusive work environment that aligns with the values of the Singaporean society.
