It emphasises the importance of gaining strong buy-in from leadership at the onset of change, to drive, enable and sustain change throughout the organisation.

The Empowering Change Champions module should be undertaken at the early stages of the transformation, particularly after the Igniting the Change Leadership Module.

This plan includes change readiness assessments and a change blueprint that outlines actionable steps and deliverables, across different stages of the change journey.

 

This Agile CM Plan facilitates a smoother, nuanced and more effective transition, tailored to the organisation's needs.
