Management Consultant

Design and facilitate Business Planning and Change Management workshops Conduct organisational diagnostics or productivity diagnostics and develop organisational development roadmaps to address identified gaps Develop Human Resource strategy, policies and processes Develop Customer Experience strategy and facilitate the development and implementation of service excellence plan Manage projects and deal directly with clients on project deliverables

What You Will Do: Support and assist Senior Consultants and Project Directors in the following areas: Design and facilitate Business Planning and Change Management workshops Conduct organisational diagnostics or productivity diagnostics and develop organisational development roadmaps to address identified gaps Develop Human Resource strategy, policies and processes Develop Customer Experience strategy and facilitate the development and implementation of service excellence plan Manage projects and deal directly with clients on project deliverables What It Takes To Be In This Role: Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in at least one of the above areas. Those with more years of experience will be considered for a Senior position.
