Having been inducted in the concept of Experiential Learning at the Pacific Crest Outward Bound School in the US, where he first started his career, Han's coaching/facilitating method is both a business and a life tool that has benefited senior executives on a one-on-one level as well as a team. He regularly consults, designs and facilitates interventions at all levels, including Leadership Development Programs, one-on-one Coaching-Mentoring, 360s, Coaching Skills Training, Facilitated Team-Building Sessions and Thought Leadership Sessions on various topics such as: Change Management, Conversations that Work and Coaching for Performance.

He consults and trains regionally in China, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. Some of his regular clients include Mercedes Benz, Sanofi. HDB, Certis Cisco, IDA, MOM and Philips.

He has lectured at Singapore Institute of Management on areas such as leadership, management and human resource development. These programmes include the BBA (RMIT), and Diploma of HRD (SIM).
